Is Your Insurance Out-of-Network?
Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialized type of care, and many insurance plans do not have enough in-network providers who offer this service. Because of this, some plans allow what’s called a gap exception, which may help your insurance cover your visits at in-network rates even if we are out of network. Approval isn’t guaranteed and depends on your specific plan, but we’re happy to help you see if this could be an option for you and walk you through the process.
